I would just like to send out a reminder to be grateful. A lot of times, we complain the morning after a hard workout, about how stiff, and sore we are. We need to remember that there are some people who do not have the use of their limbs, and are unable to express themselves physically at all. We need to always keep our eyes on the big picture. There are some people who would love to have our soreness. Let’s appreciate our ability, and appreciate those who appreciate us. Don’t mean to get philosophical, but it must be said.
