For Post Chuan Fit Soreness

Just a quick tip for getting rid of soreness. Works great for Chuan Fit and everything else really. Here you go! Take a paper cup, and fill it with water. Put it in the freezer until frozen. Then peel off the top of the cup and apply the ice directly to your sore parts. That way you won’t get cut by jagged pieces of ice. Better than frozen peas and carrots I tell you.
